I have used Josh and Jolene for both personal real estate needs and for assistance with those that relocate for business reasons. Josh has always been responsive to what I was looking for and was able to quickly show me several options in my price range that would fit my needs. Josh has also been helpful in assisting me with business related real estate needs for employees who are relocating to the area from all over the United States.

Josh went completely out of his way on multiple occasions to make sure our first home buying experience was a smooth and pleasant as possible. Essentially the most work I had to do was get a loan from the bank! Being our first home purchase we were admittedly very picky, and looked at many houses in the Blaine/Lynden/Ferndale area. Josh and Jolene were great to work with when we bought our 1911 Craftsman home in Bellingham. We relocated from the bay area so much of initial search was done remotely. We found the perfect home in just one weekend visit and finalized the paperwork via fax and email. I found them very informative about the market here which made it much easier to work remotely and feel comfortable that we were being represented in all aspects of the buying experience. Josh is a true professional who does what it takes to get the job done. I demand a lot from my realtor and Josh not only performs well under pressure, he has a knack of making the process extremely less stressfull than it is. He knows the market very well as provides honest feedback when asked.
