Josh is not only an outstanding Realtor but also an outstanding person, you can tell he really cares about people. He just recently helped me purchase my first home. Josh and Jolene are very friendly and knowledgable. As first time home buyers, they walked us through the process together. They did not push us out of our price range or try any high pressure tactics we have heard about. They were patient with us and eventually helped us find the perfect house. Josh and Jolene have sold 2 houses for us and handled the purchase of a 3rd one. They are both very knowledgeable on the area as well as the transaction process. Josh even went so far as to get a moving truck from his office to help us make the move to our new house! They also gave us suggestions on getting our house ready to sell and the necessary changes needed. The first house had a full price offer in 5 days. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor.
