I'd like to start by saying this review was not requested by Josh or Jolene and is totally unsolicited in any way. I am a local structural engineer and often seek input on my projects from a real estate perspective. I've talked to MANY real estate agents in the area and there are certainly a lot of very nice and professional ones. Too many for me to note. I have been working with Josh on real estate projects for years. I have yet to meet anyone who knows more about the process or gets results faster than him. You can trust Josh with any real estate transaction, residential or commercial. He is honest and hard working.

We had a great experience with Josh. He drove us around, let us look at the houses without following us from room to room, and waited to give his comments about the property until we asked. He was calm and patient with us throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed to make a decision, was never made to feel that he didn't have time for our questions. Just an overall nice experience.

I've purchased two houses through Josh, and sold one house. He is a thorough and honest agent who gives you his opinion without being pushy. Above all I liked his calm and logical approach to our transactions. If you are looking for an agent that you can trust and who is extremely responsive, Josh is an excellent choice.

My experience with Josh was excellent. He found listings right away for us, looked at the ones we liked, gave us honest input. He was very fast to reply to our questions via email and text, due to us being out of town. He also guided us through the loan process, etc... I would recommend him to others and use again if needed.
