Tried calling and they were very dismissive, even going as far as to interrupt me while asking a question to say "thank you for calling". Won't let you discuss on the phone about properties so not sure why it's even an option to call them.

agents are not treat tennant as professional way, when they leave, their property they are not returning my SD and also block my number from contact.
Outstanding estate agent. Joanne is extremely friendly and professional. She made our experience feel personal in a way we felt we are the only tenants she has but this isn’t the case. Nothing is too much for her to deal with as we have had a few issues at the property in the first few weeks. Amazing from start to finish. I was struggling to find somewhere to live for me and my son and from viewing the property until being handed the keys I was well looked after they really cared about my situation and wanted to make sure I got in as soon as possible.
