Ryan absolutely knocked it out of the park! I made the trek over four hours to buy a car from Joseph Volkswagen, having heard fantastic things about the people there, and Ryan and his team truly delivered on that promise.
They had the specific vehicle I was looking for at a great price. It was worth the drive to go to Cincinnati. The salesman Connor and the sales manager Michael were easy to work with. My new Golf GTI is so fun to drive!
It was a great place from start to finish! They helped me understand the positives of leasing and I'm glad I did it! Thanks to Ryan, I am feeling much more confident on the road with my new car!
Buying a car with Joseph Volkswagen was the easiest buying process I’ve been through - ever. All of the staff were personable and genuinely fun to be around.
Great experience. Was simple as far as paperwork. Ryan, my sales associate was great to work with and was knowledgeable and didn’t put any extra pressure in completing deal. Mike Garrison was great! Him and his management worked with me to make my experience quick and painless. I did the negotiation via calls and text, was able to come in, test drive and sign paperwork within 30 mins! I will buy from them again, they went the extra mile to ensure I was happy.
They do their very best to ignore the lifetime powertrainwarranty they talked so much about when I bought the car.
Very friendly staff. I had no pressure from any sales person. They actually guided me through what would best suit my interest and found what would work for me financially.
