Always greeted right away with a friendly smile. I got there early and they took me right away.
Engine light was on. 2020 Jetta with only 26,00 miles. They diagnosed the problem at a cost of $204 and said there was a leak in the purge valve and the cost to replace would be $800 plus tax. Cost of part was $75. I asked if they would deduct the $204. from the $800. and they said no. I have bought 4 VW's from Joseph in the past. Besides my Jetta, my wife has a Tiguan, also bought at Joseph. My warranty expired 2 months prior to this. A purge valve should not go out at 26000 miles.
