Poor location -inventory limited -difficult to negotiate alone as a woman. Dealership had significant mild/mildew damage from recent flooding.
I have had 3 Volkswagens, so I am a fan of the make of vehicle. This dealership has been a perfectly acceptable option for local service, though of course their prices are higher than independent or chain shops. However, they have good expertise in their service department which is sometimes worth paying for. I recently traded in an old WV for a used one. Generally I like the dealership - good people. I was a little disappointed with my last service - new car warranty maintenance - oil change etc.. I made an appointment in advance and dropped the car off the night before. Told them I'd like to have it back by noon if possible. It wasn't ready until 5:30 and I had to call them to check on it, they didn't call me. I'm sure the work was good but the communication wasn't.
