They were attentive and seemed to get the issue fixed. However, the car smelled strongly of gasoline for two weeks
If you remember 97X, The Future of Rock and Roll, you remember the commercials for Northland Volkswagen. I was a customer then, and I remain a customer of the talented service team at (now) Joseph Volkswagen. The radio station is gone, but the excellent VW service survives.
Ryan and the team were so great walking us through every part of the car buying process. Walked in just wanting to look at a few models and test drive to walking away with the car that we love! They were very transparent about everything cost wise, and made sure we got the best deal while keeping us protected. Very grateful for their time and guidance!

I had an excellent experience in purchasing a car at Joseph Volkswagen . My salesperson, Jenna, was extraordinarily knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. She devoted considerable time to providing detailed information that helped me make my decision about which car would be best for me. I have not purchased a car at Joseph VW previously, but would certainly recommend the dealership, and Jenna in particular. I have yet to use their Service Department; so, cannot comment on the quality of that area of their business.
