I brought it in to get a lightbulb and have them check a Noyes later on that day. My car overheated and needed to be towed was not happy.
Ben at Joseph VW was very helpful in our car buying process. He was kind and friendly and made the whole process easy!
would not recommend. thought they were trustworthy, turns out i was sadly mistaken. wish my experience was better. Engine light came on the day after purchase. $1000.00 repair. "Not our problem" was the answer i got. I will give a good rating to "People i worked with" below, even though i didnt work with any of them.
Michael is excellent professional with terrific follow through skills. He helped with maturing lease and found successful car purchase.
Mike Garrison was so kind and helpful. He was not pushy. He made sure we had a drink and candy. He heard my husband mention he hadn't had breakfast and Mike quickly pulled out an energy bar. For a rainy day from the time I entered the dealership the welcoming was great.
