Dr. Hegarty is the best. I've been to many ENTs for the same problem only to leave without an answer. This is the first time I've been to an ENT sub-specialist and I finally have a diagnosis. Dr. Hegarty carefully listened to my symptoms, was able to give me a diagnosis and helped me choose a treatment that I felt comfortable with. The entire staff is wonderful!! I was very nervous about my appointment but Dr. Hegarty and staff had kind words of encouragement and comfort. The compassion they showed is beyond words!
This was my first visit to the doctor. He was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, listened to all of my questions, gave me great information and most importantly gave me hope. His staff is stellar. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.
