I drove 1 1/2 hours from our home to get to their office, ran into traffic problems, but was no more than 5 minutes late for the appointment. They would not take me...even though they had explained their "health safety" procedures ofer the phone that included no one else scheduled within that same time period.

Professional and kind. Dr. Hegarty and his entire staff really understand the value of a patient's time. Dr. Hegarty never makes me wait and address my concerns as though I am the only patient he has. He listens and helps me make decisions, rather than making them for me. Top 1% of all doctor visits I have had. Keep up the great work team!

Dr. Hegarty is the best. I've been to many ENTs for the same problem only to leave without an answer. This is the first time I've been to an ENT sub-specialist and I finally have a diagnosis. Dr. Hegarty carefully listened to my symptoms, was able to give me a diagnosis and helped me choose a treatment that I felt comfortable with.
