I have been trying to determine the cause of my dizziness for 20 years. Dr. Hegarty is the only doctor that took the time and did what was necessary to diagnose my condition and create a treatment plan. He and his staff are way ahead of their peers.
Started in January when I found out that after 25 hears of wearing hearing would new aids would not help my hearing problems. Luckily found Dr. Hegarty and he diagnosed my condition as otosclerosis and suggested a staples operation. That's the test with a tuning fork and at least 6 other hearing providers never found. Six week after the operation I am hearing and understanding voices better than I have in at least 15 years. Dr Hagerty did a post-op hearing test on me. The test was performed professionally, just like the pre-op hearing test. The two tests were compared in order to illustrate my hearing improvement due to surgery. My hearing has improved significantly since surgery - performed by Dr. Hagerty.
Without a doubt...the best....period. Do not hesitate to get care from Dr. Hegarty and his team. Their professionalism and sincere care is world class!
His office got me a next-day appointment. Dr. Hegarty looked at my ear, explained 4 options and restored my hearing, on the spot. Can't say enough good things.
Should have gone here first! My problem would have been solved by now. Doctor is extremely knowledgeable, immediately understood the problem. The entire staff are wonderful, friendly and kind. By far the best doctor experience I have ever had! Thank you.
