This was my first visit to the doctor. He was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, listened to all of my questions, gave me great information and most importantly gave me hope. His staff is stellar. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Dr. Hegarty and his associate both were exceptional, as was the audiologist and the office staff. The doctor and his associate listened carefully to my concerns and answered every question I had. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Hegarty has been great to work with. I had 3 separate surgeries 20 years ago that only resulted in worse hearing each time. I finally decided to try again and am so glad I was referred to Dr. Hegarty. He was able to clearly define a plan that made sense given the past issues and executed it perfectly. Each step went exactly as he explained. I highly recommend using Dr. Hegarty even if you've had problems that other doctors were unable to fix in the past.

This is an amazing place! Everyone was very kind and friendly! It was my first time visit and they made me feel very relaxed! I can now hear very good and they got all the wax out without any pain! So excited to hear again!
