My family member was promised a phone call back regarding taking very important medication, his office didn't have the courtesy to even call my family member...it was such an important situation, very disappointed
Dr. Hegarty has been my Physician for almost a decade. I trust him explicitly. All of his staff and been very nice over the years.
Front staff was nice. I couldn't tell if the doctor went over any of my test results. He didn't pull them up even when I mentioned them. All he did was refer me to yet another doctor. I asked a few questions and didn't get any explanations. I felt like a cattle being pushed through an assembly line.
He really cares about his patients, and a wonderful surgeon. The office is excellent.
I had an MRI that gave me some anxiety to review my results with Dr Hegarty. When I left his office, I felt relief & got all my concerns answered. His staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend if you need an ENT!

I was unaware when I made the appointment that he preferred not to have patients coming from a long distance. I did tell the scheduler where I was from. I could've saved the expense and time if someone would have told me this. I have seen specialists in Denver so I guess I never thought it would be a problem. Really had my hopes up.
Took the time to answer questions and make sure I understood what he was concerned about. He has a calm demeanor, is kind and respectful.
