Dr Hergart’s thoughtful questioning of my new symptoms, the thoroughness of the examination and wisdom shown as he considered the probabilities truly made me feel heard and confident of his assessment. His surgery giving me a cochlear implant several years ago has drastically improved my ability to communicate which is so important since i teach. I trust him implicitly The audiologist’s cleaning of my hearing devises was an unexpected bonus. A totally wonderful visit giving me hope of relief from my problem.
Dr. Hegarty explains everything fully. His staff is very professional. I bought new hearing aid through the office last year. I am very pleased with Dr. Danforth's professionalism and caring care as we went through the hearing aid selection process. I followed up with her today to check my hearing and check my hearing aids. First class all the way.
