Second time I've bought from JJ. I did have some issues but those were with the delivery company not JJ. My first purchase was a gorgeous Sofology 2 seater.Ewan was very helpful and extremely supportive, couldnt fault him. Never Again. Shockingly poor after-sale service. I have used this company twice and on both occasions the furniture arrived damaged. First was a leather sofa set for £1990.00 and one of the sofas arrived damaged. They sent a Technician out to repair the damage but it still looks like it did before the repair work was done.
