I would strongly advise against ordering from this company. I requested a refund and have still not received it. Despite multiple follow ups, communication has been extremely poor, with no update or resolution provided. It is completely unacceptable that customers are left chasing for their own money . good morning the Joseph James delivering team from stretford store where brilliant this morning 27/3/ 2026 bringing the 2 seater sofa and 2 chairs into my home and assembling them too.
First of all this was my first time ordering from JJ and it was logistically a difficult undertaking as I reside outside the install zone for JJ What ensued was an example of JJ Customer Services going the extra mile Pam from CS was exemplary in organising and getting someone to resolve my issues so for me this was not a seamless experience but a company that goes beyond to help so I would recommend JJ without hesitation thank you Pam and JJ
Great experience at this furniture outlet. Sean Bithell was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. Overall, a smooth experience. Would definitely recommend!
