Dr. Kappil is an excellent eye surgeon. I just had cataract surgery with him and it was a very good experience.
I was in hospital with COVID for two weeks. When I was released my vision was blurry. Dr.Kappil made special arrangements for me to see him at the end of that day. He came out to my car and walked me in then walked me back to my car. He treated me with compassion and respect. Not all doctors have this class.
I WAS VERY NERVOUS ABOUT GETTING CATARACT SURGERY. BUT DR, KAPPIL ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE A PIECE OF CAKE. AFTER THE SURGERY, WHICH TOOK ONLY 20 MINUTES, I FOUND OUT THAT I WAS NERVOUS FOR NOTHING. I DIDN'T FEEL ANYTHING, NO PAIN. I EVEN ENJOYED IT. THANK YOU DR. KAPPIL.
I would highly recommend Dr. Kappil. Have had 2 cataract surgeries, second this past week. Everything went extremely well and have had great improvement.
Dr. Kappil has performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. He is a skilled doctor and very thorough with his patients. I would trust him if I were ever to need another surgical procedure.
Dr Kappil has a great sense of humor, joked about my name. Explained everything about my post op instructions. Asked about the Hospital experience. Both myself and my son are very pleased with Dr. Kappil.
Dr. Kappil performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. In both preparation for the surgeries and follow up, I found him to be direct, professional and pleasant. Both surgeries went without a hitch, and my vision was improved immediately. All of the preparation for surgery and follow up was provided in detail and I always felt comfortable asking questions and confident in the responses. I recommend Dr. Kappil without hesitation.
My surgery was a little challenging due to prior eye damage. The risks were clearly explained and my question answered. I needn't have worried. The surgery went well and my vision is better than I had ever dared hope. Dr Kappil and his staff are very helpful and friendly yet professional.
Procedure was clearing explained, easily understood. Have had 2 cataract surgeries, second last month. Surgery went well, instant improvement.
