I came in to service my car and am walking out with a new Hyundai Elantra Limited Edition thanks to Ricardo. He went above and beyond to help get me into the perfect fit for me and make sure I knew how to use every function. He is straight forward, transparent, and honest! I highly recommend this dealership it is my second purchase from Joseph Airport Hyundai!

Ricardo, our salesman was very attentive and went out of his way to help us. However the dealership was lacking. Our new leased car was turned over to us not cleaned, with very little wiper fluid. Not a very good impression!
Run away! Terrible customer service, all they care about is selling the car and not standing behind it. Left hand won't talk to the right hand. Go to Voss Hyundai, they know how to treat customers.
On August 3rd 2016 we received such a huge blessing! Coming in and being helped by Ricardo and his go-getter attitude. He placed is in a Hyundai Santa Fe! Which was such a huge improvement from our two cars. We would recommend buying from here. Ricardo was an awesome help and continues to help with the maintenance on the vehicle to even vacuuming it out! Thank you again from Dustin and I!
