Mali sold me my car and I love it! The Sonata has lots of room inside of it and is an affordable car even with the lifetime warranty. Also Mali was awesome with my son. He talked and joked with him and even taught him how to shake someone's hand like a man. My son is very shy so this went a long way with me. Very happy with the whole process. Thanks Mali.
My husband and I bought a 2016 Buick Encore January 28, 2018. When we pulled into the lot we were greeted by Abby Robertson. She showed us the vehicle we questioned about and we took it for a test drive. We were hooked!!! We love this vehicle. My husband and I went there yesterday to look at a car. A friend of ours referred us. I'm so happy that we went. CK, Sean and Todd helped us out so much. We not only got my husband a certified used Sonata, but I got one as well. I really felt like part of the family. It made the hour drive there not so bad. I most definitely will be buying from them again, and referring all my friends and family there. Thank you Sean, CK, and Todd for making this such a pleasant experience for us. We had to purchase a car about a month ago. That was worst experience, we ended up with the vehicle we do not like, it does not have all the features that we could have if salesman would do his job as he should. We have heard about feature "Blue Link" accidentally from service center guys. It was not even offered to us!!!!!! A week later after a purchase we have learned (ourselves) that we could have same or better vehicle with that Blue Link feature, leather sits, and navigation just within a thousand dollars. Nice service guys but they need to pay a little more attention. Last time my car was there for issues they also decided to do recalls. Did the recalls first and wiped out all computer codes for the issues I brought the car in for. Then couldn't find the problem because they had no codes. This time I took car back for above issues and a new one. Picked car up after hours and found I now had low tire pressure which I didn't have when I took it in.
