Went in on Friday test drove all weekend and with the help of Mr. Rutledge was able to walk off the lot before noon today with a great car...what an asset to the company and the customer!
I wasn't expecting to actually buy a car tonight but Mr. Rutledge was awesome! Test drove the car I wanted and ended up walking out with the car of my dreams! He made this happen for me and I can't thank him enough. He knew the car I wanted in and out and all the warranties with it and I am so pleased with the service I received. Went to this dealership to look at three cars I saw online. When I arrived I was met in the parking lot by Ricardo. He was really nice at first when I was looking at a $30K SUV, but when I decided I liked the less expensive model his attitude completely changed. At that point he was done with me! He started playing with his cell phone calling me by a different name so I left went to Voss Hyundai and bought an $28k SUV from them. The service was so much different.
