I was having balance problems on my old e bike. I went for a demo paid and took the trike away with me. Absolutely brilliant takes a bit of getting used to not like riding a 2 wheel bike but once you get used to it fantastic. Am lucky that we have loads of cycle tracks in my area and go out every other day for a long ride

After a brief mix up on the order the trike arrived and it took us two days to work out the assembly. We used the video frame by frame to work out how to put the front wheel on. The booklet relating to the screen could be better. I have used trial and error along side the booklet to work out most things but I am still not sure how the accelerator lever fits in as I only go around town and don't go very fast. Disappointed. I bought my trike in March 2024 and within one week of purchase was diagnosed with ill health. I asked if I could return my trike and was told I could not, the trike had been assembled and was no longer new. I persevered with the trike but had a frightening experience when my brakes locked the wheels while going down a very steep hill on a wet road surface . Hooray for Yorvik Electric Tricycles and the lovely Emma for talking me through everything without any pressure whatsoever, they have increased my quality of life as I suffer from servere Trigeminal Neuralgia and blackouts with the pain so riding a normal cycle is now out of the question as if I get an attack I would literally fall straight off period! Video only partially helpful. Not enough close-up shots. Instruction manual too general and not specific enough to my particular model. Also I found no info regarding different suspension settings. There is a right way round to fix the rear basket and a wrong way. It would be simple to inform people of this. In addition the screw provided for fixing front basket was too short and had to find a longer one from the others provided. Trike itself is great however and I really enjoy using it.
