Melissa and her team were fantastic from the first phone call to the last box being placed. We only booked 2 weeks before we had a moving date and even that wasn't finalised at the time. Melissa was very reassuring that all would be fine and we could change our booking right up to 48 hours before the proposed moving date. Could not recommend Jorvik Removals enough! They were amazing from start to finish and certainly made the moving process less stressful.
Used last year, I will say they are quick, friendly, and flexible - managed to fit me in at short notice. However, their stacking care in the trucks is more like watching someone play buckaroo, crossed with a Japanese subway pusher; and when we got to the other end I noticed the new driveway had broken bits of plastic on it which they claimed to know nothing about. Only later did I find out what had broken, the pieces matched my items; when I tried to raise a claim from them a few times they just didn’t reply to those emails... read more
We moved last week and used Yorvik for our removals, everything was booked via email all straightforward and emails responded to quickly. The team who moved our furniture etc were kind, friendly and extremely helpful. The move was completed quickly and without any hiccups. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone thinking of using them.
Highly recommend this company!very efficient,polite and friendly staff. The lads were great to have around as they made the job go a lot smother than i expected which took the pressure off. Can't thank them enough Great job guys! Thanks again 👍
