The Best in South Florida. My son''s Pediatrician a personal friend took her child to Serrat MD & recommended my son as the top Doctor. He & his staff are most efficient courteous friendly & always work well with patients, family & insurance. The best is the results as my child lacked growth & stopped growing in 4th grade. Now he's grown over 6 inches in a year. We love Dr. Serrat and the experience is positive each time. A real Blessing.
A truly OUTSTANDING and BRILLANT physician who has been able to help our daughter when no one else could. Our daughter has been dealing with multiple medical conditions as well as Hashimoto's Hypothyroid. Dr. Serrat is extremely patient, knowledgeable, caring and ALWAYS takes his time to explain everything in a way that our daughter could understand. He has always been there for our family 24/7. There are few doctors out there like him. A true GEM! Highly recommended!!!
Absolutely love Dr. Serrat I'm here with my third child The staff bend over backwards to make sure everything goes through between the insurance and the health of your child been coming here for the last 14 years great family atmosphere love the doctor. If you want the best for your child use this doctor.
Dr. Serrat and his staff are wonderful. They go out of their way to make their patients and their families feel safe and well taken care of.
Dr Serrat is great with children. Friendly, and caring. He's funny which makes the consult a lot more comfortable for kids.
Rude and unprofessional, doctor and staff. Waited an hour and a half to be seen. This after two cancellations without explanation. Don't waste your time. There are more professionals practices available in the Pembroke Pines area.
The worst service ever. Never go there again. The office manager (Elda Serrat), which is the doctor's wife is painfully rude. This is a family operated business so you know how that operates. With all do respect to the MD, I am pretty sure the people that write positive comments here are affiliated with the business of Dr. Serrat, such as his looney wife.
Dr Serat is a very nice and personable person HOWEVER his wife, the office manager is extremely RUDE. I am also in the medical field and have never seen behavior like this woman. Find another office that is welcoming.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Extremely patient with explaining all to my daughter Daniela. (patient) We have been to a few related Doctors over the last (2) years and it was definitely a different experience....great staff, seen in less than usual Months (endocrinology), staff was helpful in all including the visit. Highly recommend this physician and office.
