Dr. Serrat give my daughter high quality of care throughout his medical treatment for the last couple years. We travel from Panama to Florida to see Dr. Serrat because of the high level of knowledge in pediatric endocrinology. The staff is always accommodating and easy to work with since we are traveling long distances.

What a TERRIBLE staff! Rude and disrespectful and definitely not helpful. When I made my daughter's appointment, I specifically asked about blood work, and they asked me to wait until I saw the doctor for the first time, the day of the appointment; of course, they were so mad at me because I didn’t bring any blood results with me ( really !!!! ). Then an insurance situation about the copay made them even madder, and instead of trying to help, they disregarded all my concerns and looked at me with disrespect. Seriously worst ... read more

I had a terrible experience! My son had an appointment today with Dr. Serrat, and the office manager/owner would not let the doctor see him because I could not provide them with his record from a previous endocrinologist that my son only saw a couple of times around 7 years ago! Dr. Serrat should be able to do his own assesment based on his current weight and lab work. This was not right or fair, and it was handled in a very poor and unprofessional manner! Doctor Serrat is very professional and friendly. He attended my daughter, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made her feel that she would be all right. The staff is very kind and helped us with everything we needed. I wish there were more doctors like doctor Serrat and his staff.

Doctor very professional, staff rude , never answer the phone , you asked for medical record they said they will send by email to me I’m still waiting, the lady speaks Spanish better than me and she said in Spanish that she doesn’t know how to speak in Spanish. Really poor customer service

This is a fantastic doctor. He took care of our children and was extremely compassionate, gentle and thorough. I highly recommend Dr Serrat

I want to thank the staff and especially Dr. Serrat for the high quality of care that they have given to my child throughout his medical treatment for the last three years. We travel from Iowa to Florida to see Dr. Serrat because of the high level of knowledge, training in pediatric endocrinology and the trust we have that our child is having the BEST medical management. The staff is always accommodating and easy to work with since we are traveling long distances.
