PLEASE DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE...my partner paid this company to come out then cancelled as not needed ...she paid £154... On canceling the company stated they would take 30%.. however no refund has been given,her number appears to be blocked as unable to get through now!! Not so much a lovely family business sadly ....
I had issues with my electrics and contacted Jordans ..they were very helpful over the phone. I booked an electrician to come out the following day and paid £154 ... The following morning all my electricity was working so I contacted the company before 8am to cancel the electrician who was coming between 3-4pm They took 30% of the payment already made as I didn't cancel before 48 hours(although I only booked 15 hours previously.) Also they only make refunds twice a month so still awaiting my refund ....been 8 days!! So if us... read more
