Absolutely shocking customer service and rubbish cars!! The warranty you get with the car you buy isn’t worth the paper it’s written on! So far the car has needed two new tyres (one was flat when the car was delivered!) , a new timing chain, new spark plugs and engine coil so almost 1k worth of repairs and this company has offered NO assistance, can’t even get an answer from a phone call!
I’ve tried several times to get in touch with this dealership. Phone, text, what’s app, voicemails, emails, online chat. The online chat state they will pass on my details. My car has not been working properly for over 2 months now (purchased in December). They are ignoring all messages requesting contact and now forced to pay £100 for a diagnostics which they originally advised when I informed them but now they are proceeding to ignore. Awful customer service I bought a car and when I bought it the tire was flat due to the alloy the car hasn’t drove over 200 miles and I have needed to get the timing chain redone a new coil and spark plug which has cost me a lot of money as a recently new drive have tried to get in contact with the garage multiple times to see if they would help but they have chosen not to reply the car has a full service and MOT before I bought it which obviously didn’t flag up these multiple issues
