My husband and I bought our mobile home from Jones and Veal in December of 2009. We spent over 6 months visiting different dealers trying to find a home that fit our needs. These people are the worst business people I have ever dealt with. We went there to buy our 2007 Scotbilt manufactured home and they misrepresented almost everything we were told at the time of purchase. The people they hire to do their mason work are a joke. It was the worst footer job I have ever seen. They made a mess in our yard and then had the nerve to dump there trash and unsuable block and bags of concrete on the back of our property. I bought my Scotbilt home from Jones and Veal. The service we (my family) received from the beginning stages to the competition was outstanding. The owner Todd Veal was and is still available to answer any questions that I have. I cant say enough positive things about my experience. I say to anyone out there looking to buy a new home go to Jones and Veal. A big thank you to Todd and his staff for all of their help with our new home.
Bought a home from Jones & Veal years ago ( The oldest and most professional dealer in Waycross ) the home I purchase at the time was the best on the market. Jones and Veal have always been the high end sales in the Waycross area.I had a few problems with my home and Todd Veal had it taken care of ASAP.After all they just sell them ,theres alot of people involve.
Jones &Veal has provided me with fantastic customer service. The service crew did a excellent job. Todd Veal ,the owner, was always available to answer my questions and to ensure that everything went as planned.
