Procedure went smoothly, staff and Dr. were efficient, courteous and skillful. No pain!On another subject, the office accounting software is far from transparent, and definitely not user friendly. Even the office manager could not explain where some of the numbers came from. A major problem seems to be that the software combined my account with my wife's account and brought both credits and charges from my account into the accounting for my wife, but did not show where some of those figures came from. Took our 4 year old in for a cleaning and check up, and the staff was amazing - Erica made him feel so welcome when we got there, and Amanda had him at hello. I've never seen him so cooperative, and Amanda was showing him how everything worked and taking all the time in the world. He had a great time and can't wait to go back!
I worked hard to find a dentist that I could trust and who has an office full of love = amazing staff. Dr. Jared Anderson removed a wisdom tooth for me yesterday and did an amazing job. I am very happy with his work and his wonderful staff. Thanks!
Had my teeth cleaned yesterday at Jared Anderson's. I must way it was a really pleasurable experience, not something one would commonly ascribe to a dental cleaning. She was so gentle, thorough. I never felt the least bit of pain, fear or tension. Instead I was supremely relaxed as she played gentle music, told me where she was going to work and literally "danced" the dental tool over my teeth and gums; all the well being here charming wonderful self. I actually look forward to my next cleaning.
It's great to be able to take your dentist for granted. I'm always happy with the service and the results, and would be shocked at anything less than wonderful! I have no fear of dental visits because they have earned the level of trust I have in them.
Dr. Anderson has put two crowns in my very sensitive mouth and I was VERY pleased how well it went. It was quick and painless and now when I eat there's no twinges of pain. Thanks to you and your wonderful staff!
Dr. Anderson and his office staff readily accommodated a request to check on what could have been a problematic tooth prior to a long trip out of the country. The visit they made happen provided me with reassurance and relieved concerns. Kudos and thanks!
