Every time I visit Dr. Anderson's operation I find a new addition to the state-of-t5he art equipment. This visit it was a new ultra-sonic plaque remover which eliminates the tiresome scrapping. What stays the same is the disposition of the personnel. They all must really like working there. My Hygienist this time was delightful.
Amanda, the hygienist, was great- my teeth look/feel great!
I have now had enough work done by you to be able to say that everything has been performed with ease and great success. This go around you suggested that I would no doubt experience residual gum pain from the lazer work when, if fact, there was nearly none; even brushing my teeth. This cleaning appointment was the easiest and most thorough I've had . The combination of ultra-sonic cleaning and pick scraping was the most comfortable ever.
Due to the doctor's use of sedation during treatment, I know longer dread appointments. I almost enjoy them because he and .his excellent staff are so skilled and compassionate.
The staff was very courteous. Amanda was excellent in her explanations of what she was going to do and why, very personable and demonstated a caring attitude. I shared with Amanda that I had an appointment with my medical oncologist that afternoon that was concerning me. She called me the next day to check on me - so kind! She was professionally attired and attentive to hand hygiene protocol which is not always the case with some health professionals. Great experience.
As a new patient, I felt extremely well cared for. Every one in the office was warm and friendly and helpful. My hygienist was fantastic. Took her time. Explained everything. Was gentle. And had an authentically bright disposition.
I kept putting off getting a crown because I thought it would be a very involved procedure with possible pain afterwards. Dr. Anderson listened to my concerns and was very gentle with my precious mouth. There was no discomfort afterwards and I'm so happy I did it!
Amanda was delightful - friendly, professional, enthusiastic, and an excellent educator!
