I moved to Ashland from a large city, and I've had problems finding medical professionals of the caliber that I'm used to. Jones Family Dental not only meets my high expectations, it exceeds them by introducing me to new technologies that my dentists back in the City didn't even know about. Really. I was very happy to meet Dr. Jones yesterday. He spent considerable time with me explaining his approach to dentistry which is very empowering, personal and clear. He and his hygenist Amanda gave me a much clearer understanding of what will bring me to more optimal dental well being, how they can help me and most importantly, what I can do to help myself.

It so wonderful to schedule a dental treatment visit and not spend the days before worrying and dreading it. Now I just show up, get treated like a special guest and use the conscious sedation. It is the best thing! Everyon on the staff is so skilled and thoughtful. Thanks to you all.
Having just ,moved here I was happy to find a dental practice in my neighborhood. I was with my last dentist for 32 years so breaking someone new in was a challenge. I found the hygienist to be friendly and thorough and Dr. Jones was personable and spent the time to get to know me and listened to my concerns. I was totally happy with my experience here.
After some not so wonderful previous experiences at the dental office, it was fantastic to be able to experience what a dental visit is supposed to feel like: respectful, supportive, kind, and funny at times. These folks do a great job! They are very caring for their patients and also laugh at my stupid jokes.
Although we miss Dr Anderson & wish him well with his move, I found Dr Jones to be personable, knowledgeable & highly skilled. He presented options & demonstrated a high quality of service to a difficult dentistry issue.
