Amanda Beasley, Dental hygienist, is always, calm, confident, and cheerful. I have total faith in her. She and Eric did a great job of working together to conduct a rather challenging maneuver on one of my teeth. They were very cognizant of whether or not I was in pain or not (not) and kept me well informed about their progress. Very impressive teamwork.
I wouldn't normally opt to write reviews but wanted to say that Amanda does an amazing job!
The staff at Jones Family Dental make the dental experience pleasant as can be. They are very considerate about discomfort and pain. They are pleasant to be around and provide understandable information about teeth difficulties and the services provided. ' Suggested care' or procedures are mapped out and pricing is given ahead of time. They have 'state of the art' equipment which decreases discomfort and creates thorough treatment. I would highly recommend them. Convenient Ashland location.
I sort of inherited Dr Jones in 2013 by default: the dentist I was going to meet for the 1st time had sold the practice, and not notified those of us with upcoming appointments. Am I EVER SO GLAD this happened. Dr Jones is terrific! My first procedure was to get two painful abscessed teeth extracted. He was so gentle, patient and experienced, that after the first tooth was out, he left the room for a moment, and I asked his assistant when he was going to do the second one. Dr Jones and his staff tune into what you need and they deliver. They are straightforward and their caring genuine. Dr Jones never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him when I had to call him about a chipped crown over the weekend. He is also passionate about the art and science of dentistry and that is a big plus to me.
Amanda is so kind, and puts people at ease, with casual conversation. She is great at explaining what is happening, and makes the experience pleasant even when it's been a bit too long since the last cleaning (!).
Except for the devastating news of cavities I had a fabulous experience. Patient, friendly staff/dentist and clean environment. I felt well informed and cared for . I will definitely be coming back.

Amanda is excellent at cleaning my teeth and answering my many questions! Dr. Jones is so personable and professional...I'm am a satisfied patient :) (that's a smiley face with healthy teeth)
