The best hygienist I have had. Thankful for Jones Family Dental!!
Okay, so really, I just really like him...I have to have some work done on old fillings and other damage. The Novacaine itself doesn't bother me as much as the pain from the shot that stays for days....THIS time, I got to try a new single tooth anesthetic and it was nothing less than AWESOME! I could hardly feel it during the application, and only slight discomfort after (mostly from the drilling). The next day - NO RESIDUAL PAIN. Nothing. All, I had a moderately complex procedure done for my first visit at Jones Family Dental yesterday: an overlay (sort of like a miniature crown) done on tooth #3. They replaced two sides and a partial top of this tooth. The entire procedure was done in one 2 hour sitting. I brought a magazine. I want to tell you about a couple of aspects of this procedure that I thought were amazing: 1 - There were no impressions. Being a gagger, I hate impressions, especially full mouth impressions. After i arrived for a very expensive procedure, Dr. JOnes reviewed the situation and offered an option that cost about 60% less. This option totally worked. saved me a much more difficult and expensive procedure. what really impressed me is that Dr. Jones made this offer at all. i was there for the other option but when looked anew at my teeth, he didn't hesitate to offer a safe alternative that really helped me but cost him money. i call that integrity.
Fantastic dentist! Professional to the max. He really cares about his patients and working WITH them on their treatment plan. His work is outstanding. (I know because my father was a dentist and I worked for him for years.). I can't say enough about his wonderful staff... Simply marvelous. If you need a good dentist, you found one here .
