Service department people have attitudes.....and try to charge for parts that are not needed. Because I am a female with gray hair ??? No problem with Sales people...they are all very nice.
I have never dealt with Jones Chevrolet -- but my daughter had a recall to be put in her car. We made a 7:30 am appt. on Friday and it never got done - brought it back the next week - never finished -- promised to be done at 9:30 next day - wasn't done until 11:30. We also wanted a diagnostic test to be done for their advertised price of $99. We rec'd a call saying that they couldn't figure anything out from that test & it would be several hundred dollars more to find anything out! So they took our $100 and we still know NOT... read more
