Had the best experience with Jones Chevy Service Dept! Called yesterday afternoon and spoke with Ryan and he got me in first thing this morning, was driven and dropped off at my job and picked up when my car was finished being serviced...which was in like 2 hrs from the time of drop off! Amazing friendly service and prices are great as well! Highly recommend and will be taking my car there from now on! 😊

RecommendedEveryone treats you very well, they are all very polite and very helpful. We just brought our truck in for service and we thought we would have to pay a couple of hundred dollars, but Ryan O’Rourke in service said we didn’t need everything so we ended up paying less the hundred!! We will always recommend Jones Chevrolet!!

Terrible place to even think about buying a car. Finance manager is way off base and only has one option -sends all customers to the local Credit Union! Seems he has the small town mentality and doesn’t do his homework. USAA has much lower used car rates and has a car buying service. The finance manager was infuriated when I told a friend the interest rate they were offering was way off base for someone with a 700+ credit score!
