After filing a chapter 13 bankruptcy. ..... Our 2 cars decided they wanted to give us some MAJOR issues...... Got so many no's or 1000 to 3500 down....... With no money for a down payment. Had a 2:30 appointment for an oil change and tires rotated. My husband told them not to put air in the tires because they have nitrogen. At 4:45, we were leaving and guess what, they put air the tires!
Made an appointment to get the oil changed in my truck. I'm there early and everyone in the service department totally ignored me as I'm standing there. 5 minutes later and half a dozen workers walk in and out in finally acknowledged and helped. I was then told that it would be an hour to an hour and a half till my truck is dine getting the oil changed. Because there were lots of walk-ins ahead of me. HELLO, that's why I made an appointment so I didn't have to sit and wait for an hour and a half.
While in for service, we were treated as family. The courtesy car delivered us to a nearby business and offered to pick us up when our car was done. We were so very impressed by the true professionalism from everyone, including Mr. Jones himself. We will return to this dealership!
My parents walked in this store today to buy a car and wait for 2 hours for a sales person. Then the dealership closed the doors on them at 6pm and told them they would call them back after they sat and wait 2 hours without speaking to anyobe. I recommended them this time, but never again. If customer service is this bad before the car purchase I can only imagine it after the sale.
