Absolutely useless, twice said they were coming to clean carpets, never turned up, then pretended not to be able to hear when I rang them. Avoid
I recently had my carpets cleaned by Jones Carpet Cleaner Hinckley, and they did an incredible and professional job. I was extremely satisfied with how clean and refreshed my carpets looked. I will definitely be using their services again, once the weather in Hinckley gets better.
I have never received such a professional and excellent service for upholstery cleaning..
