Prompt, happy, professional service from front desk to dental assistant to dentist. Went in expecting a simple x-ray for a painful tooth. After some simple adjustments I may not need a root canal after all. Having experienced a lifetime of highly skilled Boston-area dentists, I was not holding out much hope for finding a great dentist in the Berkshires. I have seen Dr. Gotterer for many a dental issue, and he definitely has my vote.
The girls that run this business are great. Always a smile on their face and a joy to talk to. Thus I walk out with a smile. Mary has always been great to me and answers all my questions. A pleasure to do business with them. Paul P.S. The doctor is very good also. Almost forgot him.

Most pleasant experience. Mary was a very competent, friendly and speedy hygienist. I look forward to my semi-annual cleaning next summer.

I have to say I was very nervous about my procedure and the full cleaning. Mary was wonderful and so patient and kind, she put on some relaxing music that I chose, stopped every so often to make sure I was ok and her kindness was greatly appreciated and made me feel very calm. I can't say enough about Dr Gotterer and his staff..all wonderful!
Bruce usual a great crew from reception to chair. I will try to take care of all the ivory until next visit.
