I was quite pleased with the brevity of the visit...the original root canal took over 90 minutes...no doubt a typical amount of time and this follow up for the final filling was just 15 minutes in the chair, no novacaine was needed and I was delighted that the cost was half what was originally quoted...the entire staff in Jon's office is alert, friendly, and present. Years ago,I had a dental emergency on a holiday weekend while at our cottage in the Berkshires. Knowing that my condition couldn't wait,I left several messages with different dentists,and not only did Dr. Gotterer return my call,he met me at his office with one toddler and another baby in his arms.
