I was not looking forward to this procedure, but, as usual, Dr Gotterer and his wonderful staff made it as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances. The new gadget to hold my lips back was a source of amusement for me and I was grateful my daughter wasn't there to snap a photo of me wearing it. Everyone there is a skilled and caring professional, and I would never consider going anywhere else.
Office visit was great. The whole staff is wonderful.
I hope Dr. Gotterer and his staff are younger than me so they dont retire!! I have found a dentist office for life! :)
These folks are always professional, punctual and pleasant. I can't remember a better visit to the dentist.
Awesome experience! In addition to the best professional care, I was the recipient of a free child (less 2 of his teeth)! I'd heard that adoption is a long, complicated process, but in less than 10 minutes in the waiting room, I had one!
Very efficient... put on two caps and filled a cavity in one visit!

Over the years I have become more and more appreciative of my dental hygienist, JoAnne. I have very sensitive teeth and gums. A simple dental cleaning can be excruciating for me. JoAnne and I have worked together to figure out how to make the cleaning process more comfortable. In addition to finding the right kind of desensitizing gels to apply before the cleaning, it is her open-hearted sensitivity and caring that has made the difference.
