I had a great experience. The new hygenist was awesome, very knowledgeable, professional, caring. She explained everything as she went along, gave me some good advice. She is very personable and I felt very comfortable with her. Look forward to my next visit.
The staff were all pleasant to talk with and were very efficient at following guidelines for protection of both patients and staff from the corona virus. The dental technician who cleaned, x-rayed, and otherwise examined my teeth was very thorough.
I really appreciate the extensive measures taken to protect the health of patients and staff. Welcome to Dr. Min Chao, who I met for the first time.
With the virus shutting everything down it changed a lot of things and one was our dentist office. New procedures and new people. The. new dental hygienist, Jenn was very, very nice and the new Dr. was very nice also. Nice people to do business with. Glad Heidi was still there. she is great.
Any concerns about a dental appointment in era of Covid-19 vanished with my visit. Same great service...with a mostly new staff. Clean, efficient, competent...getting it done! Thanks 😊
The office was clean and it looked like all precautions were taken to keep the patient safe. My hygienist was very caring and thorough. I had a chance to meet the new dentist and she was very nice. She patiently reviewed the different options I had to solve my tooth problem.
Dr, Gotterer is the ultimate professional. His staff is just as good. I recommend him highly for dental care in the Pittsfield area.
