Yesterday I had a cleaning with Karen, my first time with her. She was professional, friendly , knowledgeable, and gentle. Her teaching was greatly appreciated. Thank you Karen! A job well done.

I am so happy and satisfied with my experiences with Dr Gotterer, Karen, Heidi, the staff there! Dr. Gotterer is kind, professional, he listens and explains the process clearly and covers all concerns. Effective precautions are in place. Easy check-in. On time appointments proceed effectively. Staff is upbeat, friendly and focused. Very happy with my care from all.

An excellent hygienist named. Karen cleaned my teeth. As well as I "thought" that I clean my teeth, she found many areas that needed cleaning. She did a wonderful job. I then met the new dentist, who is working with Dr. Gotterer, a wonderful dentist named Dr. Ciao, she, like the hygienist, had a sense of humor and shared some of her life with me. This was the best experience I ever had at the dentist. I was able to get an appointment in a couple of days, and being a new patient that was great. Dr. Chao was the "BEST" dentist that I ever had, she was very gentle, asked lot's of questions and did a great job... Highly recommended !!!
