Karen my hygienist does a thorough checking of any mouth issues before she starts the cleaning. Then she does a complete cleaning and tells you the areas that need attention. Very professional and very pleasant.
I have recently started using Berkshire Dentist for my dental care. I have had Dental Hygenist, Karen, clean my teeth twice. It is always a great experience to spend time in her chair. Not only does she do a great job cleaning and polishing my teeth, I always leave with great information on how to improve my health. Karen is friendly and competent. My comfort is always her top priority, and I highly recommend her.
I was treated very well with x rays to start. The hygienist, Jen, explained the situation going on in my mouth and how to get better results with my tooth care. Dr. Chou gave me a thorough checkup and pointed to a possible future problem of which I was not aware The office was very friendly and helpful I m glad I have found this dental practice.
Min Chao, Jon Gotterer, and the rest of the staff provide friendly, professional service. I highly recommend them!
I got a thorough cleaning very efficiently and enjoyed the banter with the hygienist. Very pleased with my visit.

For a full cleaning and check of my teeth I was in and out inside of about an hour, which was very well spent. The hygienist Jennifer and the secretarial support people, namely Heidi are exceptional at their job and the the dentist he checked me out at the end of my appontment, I believe her name was Dr. Chow (spelling) were incredibly friendly people and caring people. I always feel I am getting the best care. From cleaning to bond work/fillings I get quality service. They offer clear instructions for oral hygiene and recommendations for my teeth with detailed inspections reported on my vists. They listen to my needs. They take all the precautions during this time of the pandemic.
