I returned to Berkshire Dentist for my 6-month cleanings and check-ups. The practice is now under ownership. There has been some technical improvements since my last visit some 2-years ago, My cleaning was the most pain free I have ever had with the use of a water pick. Everyone in the office is POLITE and HELPFUL at all times. Any work that I’ve had done has been PAIN FREE!! Every cleaning is quick, efficient, and PAIN FREE. This is coming from someone who had to have periodontal surgery many years ago, so my roots are super exposed. I can even say that my hygienist makes my visit enjoyable! Hard to believe, but TRUE!
Very thorough and identified my need for a crown. All of the staff here are exceptionally pleasant and certainly well experienced.

Not just an excellent cleaning, but a comprehensive explanation of how to better brush and floss around crowns and back teeth. Should help keep teeth more healthy in the future.

I've been seeing Dor. Gotterer for years, after some really bad dentist experiences. The front desk staff, hygienists and dentists have been exceptional and put me at ease. I even had a hygienist hold my hand during one visit when I had to get a crown - and I'm an adult. I brought my son to the office when he was very young and they were wonderful with him as well. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a new dental practice.
