Alan is super 👌 I need to go every year or so for a tune up, with recurrent neck and rotator cuff issues, and I always feel much better afterwards.
I run a martial arts school and have been in fitness and sport for most of my adult life...I say this as ibe also seen a million physios osteopaths and more. I cant recommend Alan enough..firstly his approach of actually listening and writing everything down and not just treating the bit that was hurting.. instead looked at all the parts around the injury, which I knew was the issue.
