After previously having an orthoscopy on my knee, I had a steroid injection to ease the pain and reduce swelling. Victoria first made contact with me to talk through my medical requirements and discuss the options available. On the day of my injection, Victoria made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. I attended a Hyaluronic Acid injection from Victoria. The session went great thanks to her interpersonal skills that reflected her many years experience in the NHS.
