The driver of the MAN Tipper registration W77 AJH who had just delivered to the Miller Homes site in Tranent thought it was ok to drive down a small residential street while using his mobile phone with two hands causing the truck to swerve towards the pavement. Absolutely ridiculous in something so new that definitely has smart phone integration. Hopefully it has CCTV so he can be dealt with.
