Everyone here is always so nice no matter in what capacity they serve.
I had my baby boy in the women's center and it was the greatest experience! The entire staff was so nice and helpful. Everyone there certainly helped me with all of my questions and made me feel comfortable about being a new mommy!
The lady that checked me in tried to bully me into paying over $500 for a test I needed. She told me that my doctor might not give me the test results if I didn't pay the bill. She acted like I was trash because I didn't have $500 in my pocket to give her.
Dr. Anshul Rao, Rheumatology is very personable. He plainly states to you how he sees things and does not beat around the bush. Answered all my questions, cleared my mind even though I was hoping after all these years he would say no to Sjogren's. Now its dealing with 2 incurable diseases with the correct support of a team of doctors. I would recommend him to someone else as a second opinion most definitely!
I have been in twice in 2017 both times ihave had the very best care clean rooms very caring staff I prefer this hospital over the Wayne county hospital anyday. Clayton hospital hasn't business. Plus really close to my wife's work so it's really great for us. Thank you to all the staff for looking after me dearing my time of need!
Thank you to all the staff for such excellent care! People that I remember are Paula, CNA, and Julia, RN, and Tommy (anesthesia dept). All were so great!! The facility was super clean and attractive.
