RecommendedNurses have been phenomenal. I have minimal complaint about the care. However, the lady you have working evenings in the cafeteria IS HORRIFIC AND RUDE. Another worker popped his head out of the side door and told her to make him a philly cheesesteak sandwhich. 1:45am 7/1/18 E.R. I really appreciate sitting in a exam room with my sick sister listening to the nurses yell jokes and laugh at the top of their voices. The one outside the room has eaten non-stop, wrapped up in a blanket, studied her facebook, and complained about having to actually "deal with" a patient when they were brought into the back. Best service in the ER I have had in a while. They saw my injury and got right to work
I had major surgery on 10/24/17 and stayed in room 304. From preop to discharge, everyone was wonderful. All of my nurses were amazing! They were extremely compassionate and did everything they could to help me be as comfortable as possible.
I have been in the ER for 3 hours with my son and still have not seen anyone!! It's 3:30AM!! Why is there only 1 Dr here! This is ridiculous. It's been 3 hours!!!
Breakfast food was horrible but the lunch items was on point,but this is the first hospital I ever been to that have bed bugs. I told the nurse and she said I have hives. So I told another nurse about it after I seen them in the cracks of the furniture. Johnston health Clayton need to get them bed bugs in control.
I went in to have my gallbladder removed by Dr Campbell, the staff was great and treated me wonderful. Thank you so much JHC
