Beautiful and convenient facility... Receptionist and nurses were excellent. Dr. Rao; however, I do not recommend.
Worst doctor care ever! They only have 2 pulmonary doctors who are father and son. Since we and others have not had a good experience with these men our family asked to be transferred because there are no other pulmonary doctors here. The ER Doctor refused. She even told Duke she would not put us on the transferr list. She wants to keep us here. I wish she would put her patient first.
Best maternity center ever! Everything is so new, clean and the nurses are so friendly and helpful!
Waited an hour and a half in the waiting room then got signed in and vitals done then had to wait 20 mins to be called back fora room to be checked! I asked a nurse was only 1 doctor here and she said " we're busy and we have a pa too" then rolled her eyes. I BROUGHT MY CHILD WITH A BLEEDING EAR!! It wasn't even busy when we came...4 people when we walked in!!
I have had such a positive experience from the time I arrived in the er. Drs. And staff were very attentive to my needs and treated me with utmost care. The teamwork displayed both in the er and on the floor in Clayton can't be beat.
My stay was pleasant very attentative and the attending physician called me as follow up to cheack on my condition after y release commendable.
Worst ER ever! My husband with a 6 level spinal fusion was waiting over 2 hours while other people just waltzed in and got seen right away! Him left sitting with a severe ear ache, ear swollen side of face swollen. He asked 4 times to be seen that he couldn't sit much longer. They didn't care. His doctors across the road were too busy to see him too. We feel like we live in a third world country here! This is ridiculous! NC is lame.
Great staff and overall experience. Big thanks to all the crew in the labor and delivery. If you can choose to have your baby here you should.
