This is the worst place to go for an emergency..my friend went Monday after her son cut his arm blood gushing and they told him he had to wait. We went Tuesday after my husband got second degree burns on his face both hands and his arm. The skin was falling off of his face and we were to,d there were 2 people in front of us we had to sit and wait. Needless to say we went to wake med they took one look at him and took him straight back to trauma....he was transferred within an hour to UNC Chapel Hill Burn Center....go figure.... read more
Professional. Great Staff. Great customer service.
Been here almost 5 hours with my elderly Mother, and haven't even been seen by a doctor yet! Not in the waiting area, but in a treatment room. Meanwhile the nurse is watching Netflix on the hospital computer in triage! A woman was passed out on the floor in the front lobby with people walking by her like it was nothing. What is going on at this place?
These people are rude and horrible my hubby was brought in by ambulance n left with chest pains
I was there for gall bladder removal. The hospital and the staff was great. Clean, efficient, all around great experience. Highly recommend. It's very close to home and has plenty of parking.
